Refund policy

Thirty days, no questions asked. If AIOS Lite is not what you wanted, email us within thirty days of purchase and we refund the full amount.

How to get one

Send a message through the contact page with the email address you used to buy. That is the whole process. You do not have to explain yourself, you do not have to prove you tried it, and we will not send you through a retention script.

How long it takes

We start the refund within two business days. Once started, Stripe returns the money to the card you paid with, which typically takes a further five to ten business days depending on your bank. We cannot make that part faster.

Software you already downloaded

We do not attempt to claw back the files, and there is no activation to revoke. We ask you to stop using it and delete your copy. We rely on you being decent about it, which is a deliberate choice — the alternative is treating every customer as a suspect.

The annual renewal

The same thirty days applies to each yearly renewal charge. If a renewal catches you by surprise, tell us and we will refund it. You can also cancel before a renewal so it never charges in the first place.

If your computer cannot run it

That is a refund, not a support argument. The requirements are published openly on the guide page before you buy, and if we have not made them clear enough that is our failure rather than yours.

Questions about this page

Do I have to give a reason for a refund?
No. Within thirty days of purchase we refund the full amount without asking why, and without a retention process.
How long does the money take to arrive?
We start it within two business days. Your bank then typically takes five to ten business days to post the credit back to your card.
Does the thirty days also cover the yearly renewal?
Yes. Each annual renewal charge gets its own thirty-day window, and you can cancel before a renewal so that it never charges.
What if the software will not run on my machine?
That is a refund. The hardware requirements are published before purchase, and if it does not work on a machine that meets them we would rather return your money than argue.
